We insure mostly private individuals and companies in the SME sector. We also have a lot of self-employed people. It has become a very diverse client portfolio over the years. From dentists to construction companies and from household contents to property insurance. That also makes our work very enjoyable.
'For years we had a software platform with less functionality. That meant a lot of mail traffic and mouse clicks for each step.
