As partner manager, Ronald Rongen has for several years been responsible for managing existing and finding the right, new partners to further shape our strategy with ANVA Hub. The existing collaborations and long-term relationships have been transformed by Ronald into a partner strategy in which working together with our partners has become the starting point.
There are colleagues who claim that I have the most fun job and I can't fault them for that. As the person responsible for ANVA's partner program, I strengthened existing partnerships and worked to expand our partner network with relevant new partners. Everything to ensure that our customers can get even more added value from ANVA," Ronald starts. By (continuing to) look critically at a potential partner's offering, ANVA Hub grows in expansion opportunities while responding to user needs.
Ronald's approach ensures not only the right focus, but also knowledge development and transfer. Partners make him think, come up with ideas and ask ANVA to join. "By letting each focus on his or her business, we can achieve wonderful growth together. Our partners are increasingly doing the same among themselves. On the annual partner day, we actively involve them in our developments. On these days you see partners pulling together to come up with great solutions, with ANVA as the backbone of course. This is how we build our own partner ecosystem".
He continues: "We are regularly approached by companies that want to work with us. This is partly because we open up and share our roadmap for the future. Customers also come up with suggestions for potential partners. We assess each request or recommendation for its added value to as many of our customers as possible. Some partners are suitable for a select group, but not for everyone. We then look critically at a possible cooperation, but always follow our own strategy. In addition, we look for cooperation ourselves to enrich ANVA Hub with new links, because for me that is exactly what cooperation is all about."
