


Whereas Licent used to go through life as a proxy company with twenty or so affiliated independent offices, since March 2023 these together form one company with (now) 41 branches. And that of course brings with it the necessary challenges! Marco explains: 'It is important to move towards a uniform way of working. You also have certain legal obligations and you want to send out the right message to clients. You want to record things on the one hand and make the process easier for employees on the other.'
Licent is not alone in facing this challenge. 'The consolidation of recent years has involved a lot of integration processes. Do you want to recoup this? Then you can do that by simplifying the application landscape,' says Daan. The focus has also changed after the many conversions in recent years. 'The focus is now on optimal customer service. And so the demand for good CRM solutions is rising.'
Three customer needs emerged: simplification, cost savings and better customer service. Daan: "At ANVA we do everything we can to make our customers' lives easier. Sometimes that means making honest choices to fulfill that customer need faster. In this case, seeking cooperation in the area of CRM. This really is a specialty'. Ronald adds, "That's why we went looking for a party that is the market leader in this field within our industry. And that's how we ended up with Blinqx.'
This is a striking choice. After all, Blinqx is a competitor of ANVA. 'Our philosophy is: if something brings real value, we are willing to do it. Blinqx has nice products, which fit well with ANVA and are already used by many customers,' Ronald explains. The first talks started over a year ago. Daan: 'Of course it took some time to get to know each other. This partnership did not happen overnight. But the contact feels good and there is mutual trust. We both want the best for the customer with optimal integration possibilities.'
With eBlinqx CRM, ANVA customers have added a nice option for powerful CRM functionalities. The integration also provides central customer information. No more searching in separate systems, but all customer data, policies and mortgage files in one place. At Licent, this combination was a logical choice. Marco explains: 'ANVA forms the basis within Licent. And we already had experience with Blinqx. So we could quickly get started with eBlinqx. With other packages it would have been less plug and play and we would have had to build more ourselves.'
Licent has been using eBlinqx CRM since October 2024. 'It helps us with active customer management. That's a huge plus! It allows us to write to customers automatically, periodically. In addition, the automatic call capture provides quick feedback to the customer. A report is produced in a clear, unambiguous way, which also highlights the risk inventory more,' Marco explains.
This provides more professionalism and added value to customers. And that's important to Licent: 'We go the extra mile. We help clients create financial peace of mind, for example with a financial MOT.' In addition, the functionalities also make the adviser's own work more enjoyable. 'Of course it takes a while before everything is integrated. But we do this step by step, with good guidance.
'Speed and convenience are really a must when it comes to customer service. An insured person wants to know as quickly as possible whether something is covered,' says Joost. Yet the shortage of staff often makes this difficult. 'Also, everyone wants to engage in active customer management. But doing it manually is impossible. Our CRM application makes it possible to automate this kind of thing.' One way they do this is through custom workflows, risk management, AI support and full integration of your mailbox into the package.
For Blinqx, too, the collaboration with ANVA took some time to explore. But, from the desire to serve the customer optimally, ultimately a logical step. 'As an intermediary you need a total solution. The joint approach does take some getting used to for customers. We go to appointments together. That produces surprised, but mainly positive reactions. It works very well and is pleasant,' Joost concludes.
