Results from ANVA's fifth customer satisfaction survey

Now that we are surveying our customer satisfaction bi-monthly and short cyclically instead of every two years, the results of already the fifth customer satisfaction survey (KTO) of 2022 are known. We previously informed you of the results of our previous four KTOs.

At ANVA, we greatly appreciate the close involvement and honest feedback of our customers. After all, these insights are very important for the continuous improvement of our products and services. Action Items

From the results of this KTO, we extract four concrete action items on which we will focus (extra). We:

  1. Verify customer needs and expectations before starting new product development;
  2. Invite our customers to product reviews and deliveries;
  3. Broaden our communication about upcoming improvements within ANVA;
  4. Increase engagement among our customers when it comes to (upcoming) product developments.
