A look back at ANVA's fourth customer satisfaction survey

Just before the summer vacations officially started, we informed you about the results of our first three customer satisfaction surveys (KTO). Now that we survey our customer satisfaction bimonthly and short cyclically instead of every two years, the results of the fourth KTO are already known.

Besides measuring the Net Promoter Score (NPS), this time the KTO was all about assessing our information and communication tools. Curious about all the ins and outs? In the specially designed infographic we would like to update you on the results.

Action Items

To permanently improve our services and products, we extracted four concrete action items from the responses of this KTO. We:

  1. Start working with dashboards to proactively identify and resolve failures;
  2. Improve our telephone accessibility;
  3. Improve ANVA Help and make introductory videos available;
  4. Involve customers more in our product development.

 

Collaborate and give your opinion

Besides sharing your irritations, frustrations and hopefully the occasional compliment, you help us fill out the KTO to make ANVA even better suited to your needs, working methods, offerings and services in the future. We are therefore very happy to ask you to participate in the survey.
