At ANVA, how our employees feel is very important to us. Not only in the workplace, but also outside of it, we want our employees to be as comfortable as possible in their own skin. We check this weekly through a short survey question. Recently we took a longer look at this with a survey on Sustainable Employership, developed by 2DAYSMOOD and Utrecht University. We would like to gain insight into how much our colleagues enjoy being both productive and want to continue working at ANVA for the long term. With this positive strategy, we as ANVA will achieve and exceed our goals faster. We are proud to have received the Sustainable Employer Certificate.

The certificate is given to employers with an above-average work climate for their employees. This work climate is measured by six drivers: workload, cohesion, extra role behavior, advancement opportunities, management support and engagement. The Future of Work Hub of Utrecht University has developed an expected standard, also called a benchmark, for this. This analyzed data from 11,000 employees of 259 companies in nine EU countries within six economic sectors. This research can be used to compare how well ANVA scores compared to similar organizations in Europe.

Martin Meulenkamp of 2DAYSMOOD presented the certificate to us. Initiators Daan van der Lugt and Naomi Roelofsen accepted it on behalf of all ANVA employees. "The development of ANVA as an organization is shaped by our colleagues. It is important to really understand each other's motivations in order to keep achieving good results." says Daan. Naomi adds "The insights from this survey are a valuable deepening to help colleagues in their field and career."

Of course, we continue to develop in the areas of work happiness and Sustainable Employership. In the coming months we will engage with our colleagues to discuss the various areas of focus.
