


Good news: the Exact Online 2.0 pilot has been completed! The pilot we started at the end of June focused not only on implementing technical innovations, but at the same time also removed bottlenecks from the connection. As a result, this pilot was a great example of how different teams within ANVA work together.
First, let's take a step back. Because why did we start this pilot? In order to realize the original idea behind ANVA Hub (working more efficiently and especially smarter from the cloud), it was necessary to take the next step in our renewal strategy. Because without this step, it is simply not possible to ensure the continuity of the Exact Online connection within the ANVA platform in the cloud.
ANVA's development team therefore focused specifically on two goals during the pilot. Besides renewing and improving the communication between the ANVA system and the Exact Online platform, they also focused on improving the user-friendliness when using the link on a number of specific items. Central to this were always three key points: continuity, quality and efficiency.
During the pilot, two insurance offices and implementation partner SVC validated whether the new link worked satisfactorily and properly. Product owner Remco Brouwer says: "Looking back, I am very proud of the result! The pilot sometimes surprised us, but we were always in control and took our responsibility where necessary.
