EndemaKeijzers has been a household name in the Haarlem and Bollenstreek region since 1946. With sixteen employees, they advise both private and business customers. In recent years they have grown considerably, partly through the acquisition of no fewer than three offices. These wonderful developments also bring new challenges. How can you fulfill your duty of care with so many clients? In cooperation with FinConnect and ANVA, EndemaKeijzers has developed a beautiful new tool which they are happy to share with the market!

Ed Keijzers, director at EndemaKeijzers, was initially quite shocked by the overdue maintenance of the various portfolios taken over. "We saw that in some cases there had been no contact with clients for years and felt it was important to deal with this as quickly as possible, especially in the context of our duty of care. We believe very much in personal contact. So we call and e-mail a lot with our clients and also have private advisors who visit clients at home. Due to the increased size of our portfolio, however, we soon came to the conclusion that it was impossible to approach all customers personally and therefore had to develop a new way in addition to our current channels for customer contact.'

The EndemaKeijzers insurance check

Ed explains that they came up with the idea of developing a digital form for their customers that would allow them to see all their policies at a glance. In doing so, they wanted to ask clients specific questions per insurance in order to be able to see if the insurance still fits the situation. Together with FinConnect and ANVA they have now developed and extensively tested this solution. Meanwhile, the first ''EndemaKeijzers insurance checks'' have been sent out.

An approachable way to communicate

Ed himself is enormously proud of the solution: 'The beauty of the EndemaKeijzers insurance check is that it is a very low-threshold way for our customers to communicate. They receive the insurance check by e-mail and can fill it in digitally at their convenience. They don't have to print anything and can simply close the check to continue at a later time. The great thing is that all the data comes directly from ANVA which allows us to send the insurance check with the click of a button. Of course it is not a replacement for direct contact, but a very nice addition.' The specific questions per insurance are diverse. EndemaKeijzers has looked critically at what they really want to know so as not to overload customers with questions and to keep the check as accessible as possible. With travel insurance, for example, they ask if the coverage area is correct and with boat insurance if the sailing area is still only the Netherlands. They also ask some questions about general matters, such as family situation and name and address information.

Linking with Infofolio

Ed explains that the link between ANVA and Infofolio adds even more value to the insurance check. 'Many customers have their contents and home value determined by Infofolio. Through the link with ANVA, we can take these values as suggestions and customers can immediately indicate whether they want additional insurance. Through FinConnect's digital form, customers can easily change this themselves.
