Always up-to-date with the latest updates thanks to the release calendar

We like to provide you with the latest information as best we can. That's why we also work continuously on support.anvabackup.wpenginepowered.com. Two developments were made last month: knowledge base cards and phase-outs.

Knowledge base cards

We like to make sure you can get on with your work right away. Therefore, when creating tickets, we already give suggestions of possible answers and similar questions. These come up automatically, but we do have some tips for receiving the most appropriate suggestions.

  • If you enter the word "Hub" when creating a ticket, all available tickets with answers will come up.
  • Start with the key word of your question. If you start with the word "how," all articles where the word how is in the title will come up. So start with a more focused word so that your answer fits better. "How do I set up Aplaza on ANVA Hub?" then becomes "Aplaza Hub," for example.
  • With multiple words, you get search results of both words, but the top article contains both words. In the example above: "Aplaza" will give multiple hits, but with "Aplaza Hub," the first article already answers your question.

Phasing out

As you may have noticed, we are busy updating existing Backoffice links to links on ANVA Hub. As a result, previous versions are going to be cleaned up. We are doing the phasing out through the ANVA Backoffice release. Are you curious about when the phase-outs will follow?
